We are now looking for a GROWTH MANAGER to join our team!

ABOUT US:

Gubbe is the best service for elderly people and their families, a platform connecting students to elderly, who need help with daily activities and staying active. We help elderly people to live a longer & happier life at their own homes and create meaningful jobs for young people.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Growth Manager to help us with customer acquisition and retention across all channels, including paid, social, search, content and email. Please note that this is a junior position and we are ready to help you along the journey from a hungry prospect to a superstar. The role is suitable for someone who is finishing studies or fresh graduates.

Working with our small team, you will conceive, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive the overall customer growth in line with our brand strategy and financial goals. This is a highly entrepreneurial position that will require you to assume a number of different roles. The primary success measure is net customer growth.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work experience in the area of sales and marketing.
• Knowledge in 2-sided marketplaces managing both supply and demand acquisition.

• ​A bachelor's degree in relevant field.

• Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done.
• Entrepreneurial, results oriented, sales and growth driven mindset.
• Spontaneous mind and eagerness to be part of the Gubbe team.
• Passionate about our mission to help elderly people to live a happier life and pioneer the future of elderly care business.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
